  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 strips cooked turkey bacon (or chicken)
  • 2 jalapeños
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, pepper jack, sour cream, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.

  3. In another bowl, mix crushed crackers or panko with additional crumbled turkey bacon if desired; roll each cheese ball in this mixture until fully coated.
