  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup softened butter

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add warm milk and sprinkle yeast on top; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled.
  7. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  8. Spread softened butter over the dough; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  9. Roll tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Place rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
