  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh tomato (diced for garnish)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sun-dried tomatoes by dividing them into two portions; finely chop one half and set aside the other for garnishing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese mix, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap; chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and toast panko breadcrumbs until golden brown; let cool.
