  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk (2 tbsp), honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Adjust consistency with remaining milk if needed.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals until smooth.
  9. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips before setting on parchment paper.
