  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Brush the rolled pastry generously with melted butter using a pastry brush.
  4. In a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the buttered pastry.
  5. Cut the pastry into triangles and roll each one tightly from base to tip.
  6. Place rolled cruffins upright in a greased muffin tin.
