  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef sausage and chopped turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in the cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50–60 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
