Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 23 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to deglaze.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat; use reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  6. Slice chicken and return it to the skillet; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
