  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and melted butter. Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on LOW for about 3 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in heavy cream for added richness.
  5. If desired, thicken the sauce by whisking together cornstarch and cold water before adding it to the crockpot.
