  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing (divided)
  • Fresh dill (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Coat marinated chicken pieces with the seasoning mix.
  4. Thread the seasoned chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Brush half of the ranch dressing onto the chicken.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook skewers for about 11-12 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Brush with remaining ranch dressing and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
