  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

  1. Cut turkey strips into thin slices. Mince garlic and dice onion.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry turkey until golden brown; remove from pan.
  3. Add butter to the skillet; sauté garlic and onion until translucent.

  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi; simmer together for a few more minutes.
  7. Stir in parsley and reserved turkey; serve hot.
