  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni to the dressing mixture and stir gently until evenly coated.
