  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with vegetable spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool before crumbling it into a bowl.
  5. Mix in the frosting until combined; roll into small balls.
  6. Chill the formed balls in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  7. Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
  8. Dip lollipop sticks into melted candy before inserting them into each chilled cake ball.
  9. Dip each pop into the melted candy and allow excess to drip off before setting upright.
  10. Decorate while still wet with your choice of toppings.
