  • 8 slices chicken bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in smoked Gouda, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, sliced green onions, and most of the crumbled chicken bacon.
