Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth. Gradually fold in flour and salt until just mixed.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  4. Spread blondie batter in the pan; drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown; let cool before icing.
  6. For icing, mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
