  • Polenta
  • Vegetable broth

  • Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta, cooking until thickened (5-7 minutes). Stir in olive oil, oregano, and salt.
