  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add olive oil, plain yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic; stir until smooth.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure even coating. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 20-25 minutes.
